The first made-for-YouTube creative ZipRecruiter ever produced. Built around a pattern interrupt hook, an unanswered iMessage thread cutting to 'Hiring and no response?', with audio-first design, AI-generated VO via ElevenLabs, and animated product UI.
Within two months of launch it became one of ZipRecruiter's top-performing YouTube concepts, with one of the lowest cost per actions in the demand gen program. On the strength of that performance, the spot aired as targeted TV broadcast, crossing from a digital-native format to television.
